If you use the contact form, the information you provide (name, email, optional organisation, topic and message) is sent to Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC, USA), which forwards it to us by email at contact@wega-studios.com.

Web3Forms stores the enquiry temporarily for transmission. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through the privacy checkbox). As Web3Forms is based in the United States, data is transferred to a third country and protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

The transmitted data remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies, for example once your enquiry has been handled. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

This website uses fonts from Bunny Fonts (Bunny CDN, BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) for consistent presentation. The fonts are delivered from servers in the EU. Bunny Fonts states that it does not store IP addresses.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a consistent and appropriate presentation.

The footer links to our profiles on LinkedIn and GitHub. These are ordinary hyperlinks, not embedded plug-ins or “Like” buttons. Data is transferred to the relevant provider only when you actively follow a link.

This website does not set cookies for tracking or marketing purposes. Technically necessary storage, for example to retain form state, occurs only locally in your browser and is not transmitted to third parties.

We deliberately do not use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo or Plausible. There is no profiling, conversion measurement or reach measurement.
